Pro: they have a very nice clean pool and spa area with televisions. Con: #1 not all of the TVs work on the treadmills. #2 The website does not make it clear that the "breakfast included" that they list is not complementary -- you have to pay an extra fee (higher room rate).

This was a very pleasant experience. The hotel was so convenient to the airport. The shuttle service was prompt and helpful. Any staff I encountered was professional and kind. The room was very comfortable and clean. I am a travel nurse, who travels full time in an RV and was in Sioux Falls to renew my drivers license. This hotel was super convenient and walking distance to a drivers license center.

Every time I come into town I book a room at this hotel. Although sometimes overpriced. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The pool looks nice but I have never taken a dip. I love that it’s attached to the crooked pint. Also conveniently located near the event center and downtown.

I’m a little late on creating this post. I had stayed at this hotel with my daughter about three weeks ago. I have to say I was pretty impressed. The vibe I got when I walked in was pretty pleasant. Our room was clean and comfortable. There was a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, a nice size TV, desk and even a movable tray. The bathroom was filled with all dove products. Hand wash, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The pool was amazing. It’s actually a saltwater pool and they have a mini jungle gym with gun sprayers on one side of the pool. The hot tub has chlorine and the jets work. In the main lobby, they offer different types of hot tea, water and coffee with a couple creamer options that are served 24 hours a day. A definite stop the next time I pass through!

Hotel is very easy to find, right off Russell Street and sits right in front of Elmwood golf course, a public course. The staff is very friendly. The rooms and all public areas are very clean, comfortable and have a modern appearance. For only being a few miles from the Sioux Falls airport, couldn't hear any planes flying overhead. The hotel has all the amenities you would expect from a Holiday Inn. There's a small restaurant attached to the hotel, The Crooked Pint. Had several really GREAT meals. Servers were very friendly and food was great. Have very fair prices and large portions.

Had a health appointment in Sioux Falls. Traveled with kids and a senior. Very clean and comfortable room. Loved the room we got on the first floor with the higher ceilings. I had to work remotely one of the days we were there and it worked great. Kids love the lillypads in the pool and it doesn't really have much of a deep end so I didn't have to stress as much when I forgot a life jacket for the 5 year old who is still learning to swim. I really like the rolling table/desk and that you can even use the bench by the door as extra seating around the table. We had to make meals in the room for our budget and there was so much counter/shelf area to get plates together! - we only heard like 1 or two planes over our 2 day stay, even though it is right by the airport (that may have been because we were on the 1st floor and the south side of the building)

Very helpful staff and rooms are clean and spacious. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely come again.

This was one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed at in recent years. The lobby, patio, and back view to the golf course is perfect. Our children enjoyed watching the golfers…not as much as they enjoyed the incredibly pool & hot tub. Many laughs had from watching them try to run across the lily pads to get to the other side. Breakfast was different than standard Holiday Inns. Upon arrival, you receive vouchers for the attached restaurant to order breakfast (kids eat free). The kids raved about the French toast & my husband enjoyed the Mexican hash. Staff were incredibly polite and cheerful. Parking was plentiful.
